Twenty One Park Grand Mall is set to be launched late 2022. The project has set new heights and standards for the upcoming and expanding commercial area of Wuse 2, Abuja.

The Mall has 7 floors including a basement parking level that takes advantage of the steep slope of the site and increased the rentable sqm and value of the development. Project continued through COVID to a tight budget of N600million. Complete Turnkey Project designed and built by our team.
